Specialty Bridal Shower Cookies

These cookies I created for a bridal shower. They are almond sugar cookies decorated with royal icing using the flooding technique. Others are decorated with cut-outs from fondant and marzipan.

Specialty Cookies can be created for all kinds of celebrations and are a perfect item for a loot bag.

Specialty Pumpkin Cake

This is a specialty pumpkin cake I created for my sister’s birthday.

The flavor theme of this cake is hazelnut: Hazelnut cake and hazelnut marble cake with hazelnut buttercream and hazelnut flavored chocolate ganache. The entire cake is covered in orange marzipan and decorated with green marzipan leaves.
