Specialty Water Lily and Bow Cake
This Specialty Cake was ordered by a customer from Germany for her mother who is living in Kelowna. Since the daughter could not be here for her mom’s birthday she surprised her with a special cake.
It was lemon cake with raspberry fruit and lemon custard filling and lemon buttercream icing. The cake was then covered in white and yellow marbleized fondant and decorated with a big yellow gum paste bow and water lilies and golden hearts.

Elegant Specialty Bow Cake
This specialty cake covered in light blue fondant with a mint green wavy border on the bottom. The elegance of this created by the bow arrangement in matching green on top from which a daisy-patterned veil is flowing down the side of the cake.
