I also created this simpler cake for Mother’s Day.
It features a couple of my favorite flavors for this summer. It is Napolitan flavored cake (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) with a very light raspberry mousse filling and icing.
It is also decorated with a few pipings and sugar pearls, one big heart candy and tiny pink heart sprinkles.
