For a 40th Birthday I was asked to create this Poker themed cake covered in lime green and light blue fondant.
The poker chips care fondant cut-outs decorated with royal icing and food color markers. The cards were also fondant cutouts decorated with food markers.
Flavors included chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream icing.
