An extra special cake I created for a dear friend’s bridal shower. She is getting married in October and that in Germany, where she also will be living with her husband.
It is a two-layered red velvet cake with lemon filling and fresh raspberries inside. It is iced in raspberry-white chocolate meringue buttercream and covered in pearlized white fondant.
A heart border in different shades of teal and a teal coloured flower decorate the cake. The hearts and the border are dusted in pearl shimmer as well.
