Specialty Hammer Cake

For her husband’s 50th birthday this customer asked me to create a cake related to his occupation as builder.
Together we decided for this hammer and wood design.

There are two pieces of 2x4s and one 4×4 cake with a big hammer cake on top.

Flavors included chocolate cake with Bavarian Cream filling and chocolate buttercream icing.
