For a friend whose favorite sport and pastime is playing tennis I created this Specialty Tennis Cake.
It is carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Her favorite! The big tennis ball on top is made from two lemon cake half balls covered in fondant.
The tennis rackets on and around the tier are piped with royal icing.
