This bright and colorful birthday cake was inspired by the Garden Girl party supplies for the birthday. The birthday girl’s mom sent me a picture of this fun party plate.
The two tiers of cake are covered in the shades of green and pink from the decoration design.
On the bottom tier the birthday girl’s name is spelled out in big pink letters. I used these alphabet cookie cutters for this. All around there are white and hot pink flowers together with bees and ladybugs.
The fondant on the top tier is imprinted with a quilted pattern using a quilting tool
All around there are hot pink butterflies in a variety of sizes. Standing on the very top is a 3D green number three. Both tiers are finished off with a piped grass border.
