This Chocolate Fudge Specialty Cake is a slight variation of my regular chocolate cake. It is a little bit denser in texture and richer in flavor. I torted this cake into four layers and have two layers of raspberry filling and one of milk chocolate buttercream. Chocolate buttercream is also used for the icing and the rosette borders. Shavings of white chocolate make the center decoration. This cake is very suitable for a specialty wedding cake or an adult birthday cake.
